Taco Bell Ireland Social Competition Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Taco Bell Ireland social media competition (“Competition”).
1.2 Participation in the Competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promoter

3. Eligibility
3.1 The Competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of Taco Bell Ireland, its affiliates, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible.
3.3 Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.
3.4 The Competition will be moderated, and only legitimate entries will be counted. Inappropriate or offensive entries will be disqualified.
4. Competition Platform & Entry
4.1 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
4.2 The Competition will be run via Taco Bell Ireland’s official social media channels
4.3 To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided in the Competition post
4.4 Participants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before entering.
5. Competition Period
5.1 The Competition starts at 17/03/2025 00:01 on 18/03/2025 at 11:59
5.2 Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
6. Prize
6.1 The Competition prize(s) consist of: 52 x €5 Taco Bill vouchers.
6.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered, except at the promoter’s discretion.
6.3 If the prize is unavailable, Taco Bell Ireland may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6.4 Prizes will normally be provided within 30 days of winner confirmation.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
7.1 Winner will be selected at random.
7.2 Winners will be notified via direct message on TikTok or Instagram within 24 hours after the competition ends
7.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected.
8. Publicity & Participation
8.1 By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the Competition without additional compensation.
8.2 Taco Bell Ireland may publish winners’ first names on its social media channels and website.
8.3 Entrants may be required to provide further details for prize fulfilment.
9. Liability
9.1 Taco Bell Ireland is not responsible for technical issues, network failures, or other problems that prevent entry or proper registration.
9.2 Entrants waive any claims for losses, damages, or expenses arising from such issues.
9.3 Taco Bell Ireland is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Competition or from the use of any prize.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Entrant details will be used solely for administering the Competition and delivering prizes.
10.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver prizes or as required by law.
